The lost and the damned – this is the name given to souls who shun the Holy Light of the Emperor. Among them are Rudolf Nusz, a ‘golden-boy’ guardsman who hid his sadism before turning against the Imperium. When a mutiny goes wrong, he attempts to flee the powers of Chaos but is dragged back in by former ally Sebastian Kent. Together, the two men embark on a path of violence to save a traitor ’s spirit from crossing over to the other side, all while their twin capacities for murder and torture propel them into a war between mankind’s worst natures.

The award-nominated production team Cold Open Stories has released its immersive, unofficial, collaborative writing game “Inquisitor: Doctrina Malum”. Assume the role of an Inquisitorial Agent searching for threats to the Imperium, earning achievements, and building a catalog of the galaxy’s terrors in an experience described as “SCP Foundation meet Black Library”.
We’d like to thank all of you for your support over the past few months as we’ve developed this project. We’re excited to see what strange, deadly, and weird characters and scenarios you develop in the grimdark world of Warhammer 40,0000.

Inquisitor: Doctrina Malum is an unofficial, immersive, collaborative-fiction project set in the universe of Warhammer 40,000.
Participants assume the role of an aspiring Inquisitor, interact with members of their Ordo, and catalog their activities as mission logs within the community.
As a community, participants help fill out the story by submitting creative writing briefs and engaging in fan-made content.
